Flower Scraps Awesome New Kit

On the day I was born, the nurses all gathered 'round
And they gazed in wide wonder, at the joy they had found
The head nurse spoke up, and she said leave this one alone
She could tell right away, that I was bad to the bone
Bad to the bone
Bad to the bone
B-B-B-B-Bad to the bone
B-B-B-B-Bad
B-B-B-B-Bad
Bad to the bone

So, now onto the WordArt and Alpha. But First, I have a layout of my other Grandmother, Marie, who died in 1997. I spent a lot of time at her house as a child where she would let me stay up late and watch television shows I wouldn’t get to watch at home. :) She loved crossword puzzles and loved playing cards. I swear she played cards with various groups 2 or 3 times a week at one point!

OK, here is the full kit preview again, and the links are below it to the WordArt and Alpha. I put them both on the same preview though!

Bad CT Member!

So coming back from vacation has left me totally disorganized and behind schedule for everything!  LOL!  Fortunately, I work for the nicest designers in Digi-Scrap land who never say a word about it!

So, this week Flower Scraps has released a collab kit with Digi-Designs by Nicole called Beach House.  You don’t have much longer to get this terrific kit for free.  I have had no time to create a layout with it, but I wanted to make sure I told you about it anyway!

Here are the previews for their awesome kits.  Click on them to head over to their blogs and pick up all the pieces before they are gone.  Hurry!  You won’t have much time!

And finally, I will have a new freebie kit for you next week.  I think you’ll really like it!  It is certainly special to me!  Here is a Sneak Peek!

So, next week I promise to be a busier blogger for you with lots of good stuff.  Tons of new kits coming out plus my newest kit!

I SCREAM! YOU SCREAM! For Flower Scrap’s New Kit!

Deanna, Flower Scrap, has an awesome new kit which is sure to inspire some great summer layouts.  It’s called I Scream, You Scream!  It is full of great pinks, greens, oranges and yellows and lots of summer-themed elements.

I did this layout on five things I love about summer as part of a challenge at Jessica Sprague’s site.  I really do love summer, and I’m so glad its finally here!  I just love to bask in the warmth of the sun.

Below is the full kit preview.  You can pick it up for free, this week only, at Deanna’s blog.  Click the preview to head over there and grab it now!

Two Awesome New Kits

Did everyone have a fabulous Memorial Day Weekend!?  I did!  I got to go and visit old friends as well as see my niece graduate from high school.  Got me some great pics to scrap!!!!

But today, I have two terrific new kits from Just for You Digi Scraps and Flower Scrap.

First up is Tiffany, a kit from Michelle at JFYDS.  It has some great colors and patterns.  I scrapped this picture of my cousin’s little girl who is just the most adorable thing!

Here is the full kit preview, which you can pick up only at the Stuff to Scrap store.

Next is Deanna, Flower Scraps, new kit called Night Out.  It’s got a terrific “party” vibe with lots of bright vibrant colors and blacks for contrast.  This is a layout of some of my closest college buddies (one who I got to visit for the first time in years this weekend) when we were out one night!  I miss these guys so much!  Friendships really are important and even if you don’t get to see people too often, they still hold a special place in your heart.

Here is the full kit preview, and you can pick it up at One Single Seed or Stuff to Scrap.

That’s it for now.  I hope everyone has a great week, and keep checking back.  You’ll never know what awesome treats may be in store!

Two for Tuesday!

I have two great kits to bring you today.

First, Deanna (Flower Scrap) has an awesome new kit this week on her blog called This Old Swing.  it is full of great bright yellows, reds, and blues.  I know you are going to love it!

Here is a layout I made with it.  These are my boys and a bunch of friends from the YMCA Summer Day Camp in our area last summer.  A little birdie also told me that there will be a quick page of this layout available on Saturday.

Here is a full preview of this awesome kit.  Click it to head over to De’s blog and start collecting!!!  Leave her some love to!  She SOOO deserves it!

Next up, I got to do a one kit CT for The Scrappy Kat who also sells at Stuff to Scrap.  This adorable kit is called Twinkle, Twinkle, My Little Star and it is so sweet.  I just jumped when she asked for people who might want to work with it.  Here is the layout that I did.

And here is the full kit preview.  Click it to head to the store.  Plus, I have some inside scoop that tomorrow on the Stuff to Scrap blog The Scrappy Kat introduction will take place and a little freebie will be your if you go check it out!
