Build-a-Kit – New at STS

Between the chaos of the holidays, and having the killer of all colds which will not go away, I find myself curling up with my blankie and not with my computer these last few days.  But, the holidays are over and hopefully tomorrow I’ll get them put away at our house for another year.  And hopefully, my congestion will go away and let some creativity return too.  LOL!  But I do have a little something for you today.

Stuff to Scrap is starting a new monthly offering called Build-a-Kit, using one color palette the designers can create whatever tickles their fancy in element and paper packs, alphas, or really anything!  Then, you can pick and choose the pieces that appeal to you most in putting together your ideal kit.

There are lots of great things to choose from with all the STS designers, so make sure you take some time and browse this new category in our store.

Here’s what you’ll find from me in this month’s color palette:

and this great set of papers:

Go check out all the fun stuff you can pick up in the build-a-kit.  But these products will only be available for the month of January, so don’t wait too long!

The STS Countdown to Christmas!

Today is my day for the Stuff to Scrap Countdown to Christmas.  I have a great little mini kit for you that will be up until December 31.  I hope you have had fun collecting all of the minis for this little blog ride.

By the way, while you are here, sign up for my newsletter - above - so you can get exclusive freebies, discounts and more in the new year!

Sneak Peek – Old Fashioned Christmas & Thanksgiving Weekend SALE-a bration!

I just have to share with you some upcoming news about what you can expect this weekend from me, my stores, and lots of goodness with Thanksgiving.  I think this weekend might be bigger than even Digital Scrapbook Day earlier this month!

First, I want to share a sneak peek with you of my Christmas kit.  It will be available in both of my stores starting Thanksgiving Day!  (For those of you who like to zone out after turkey with a little scrapping!)

I think you are really going to love it.  Lovely traditional Christmas colors!  Lots of traditional Christmas elements.  The kit is called Old Fashioned Christmas and is really special!

Next, Stuff to Scrap is going to be having a huge Black Friday sale.  So big – I don’t even know how much things are going to be off!

I’ll also have my Divine store on sale at incredible prices starting Thanksgiving Day until December 1!  I’ll post that ad on Thanksgiving Day (or maybe a little sooner if I’m feeling generous)!  Besides the great sale, there will be a huge selection of grab bags at Divine on Black Friday.  I’ll have a Personal use grab bag for sure and if my fingers can hold out on the designing – MAYBE a Commercial Use grab bag as well.  (Check my blog on Black Friday for a few grab bag hints!)

All personal use grab bags will only be $2 for 3 full-sized products – while CU grab bags will be $3!  These deals will be way too good to pass up!  And I know you’ll love what’s inside this personal use bag!

I’ll also have a freebie for you on Black Friday so, don’t miss it – OK!!!????  Whew!  It’s going to be a big weekend.  Fortunately, I have Wednesday off too, so I’ll be working hard getting everything ready for you.

STS – Nov 14. Challenge A Day – Progressive Scrap

So, if you’ve been playing along with the challenge-a-day at Stuff to Scrap this month, today is a fun progressive challenge.

You blog hop through our little list below (including here) and download a great mini from each designer participating.  Then, you need to make a layout using at least 1 item from each stop on the little blog train and post it back at Stuff to Scrap by midnight Sunday (you get an extra day for this one due to downloading and time zones!).

Here is my part of our Oh Happy Day! Series:

It’s been a couple of weeks since I put anything in the $2 Tuesday category at Stuff to Scrap, so I’m making it up to you by having 3 items!  Besides the main kit portion of my Harvest Home bundle, which is already $2, I’m adding Vintage Garden and my Template Pack #1 (which is CU friendly for creating quick pages).

Morning Solitude – STS Blog Train

Yep, it’s that time again.  Stuff to Scrap has put together another wonderful monthly blog train for you.  This one is called Morning Solitude and it brings thoughts of a quiet peaceful morning before the activity of a busy holiday.  Remember, anyone can join us for the monthly blog train.  You can get all the details in the Stuff to Scrap forum.

I have some word art for you this time as well as some papers.  First, the papers were made with a new set of CU overlays that I will have in the store in a couple of days this week.  The new overlays are called Grunge and Halftones and are just that.  I love the grungy look and using different blending modes you can get so many interesting looks. Lots of fun texture for lots of neat possibilities.

and here is the Word Art

Come back Monday!  I have my first ever CU blog train for you with some Christmas goodies!

Some quick info and coming attractions!

Good morning! Just wanted to give you some quick news about two great sales coming up at Stuff to Scrap. And a little peak at the coming attraction I have for you this week!

First, get ready for an awesome store wide sale at Stuff to Scrap this week!

Next, my CT boss, Michelle, of Just for You Digi Scraps, is having her blogoversary and a "Buy My Store" sale. This is a great way to pick up a lot of awesome items for very little!

And a little later this week, I'm releasing a fabulous BUNDLE of products called Harvest Home. And there will be a great freebie for you as well for the upcoming Halloween holiday. You will love this entire bundle of products, and I'll be offering them at a great price for you! To get you a little excited, check out the colors this kit includes. You can see them in the cardstock below which will be one of the add-on items you can get in this bundle! I think the colors are a little different from the standard fall/autumn but with a really warm, homey feel. Wait until you see the full kit, alpha, word art, holiday add-ons, & worn papers too!

That's it for now! Keep watching for my new release and the freebie you can get with it!

Remember Afternoon Delight – It’s bigger and better!

Remember that great little mini kit, Afternoon Delight, that was a part of the STS blog train?  Well, I loved working with it so much, I’ve expanded it into a full size kit and added a lower case alpha!  It’s got a terrific bohemian feel in a fantastic color scheme.

Check out some of the amazing things my CT has done with the full kit:

Dana:

Chrissy:

and Ashley:

and isn’t this one just amazing!

So, this kit is only available at my Stuff to Scrap store, and I have an amazing deal for you!  Since you might have already picked up the original mini kit for free, I am offering the full kit for only $1.99 for a full week.  That’s 50% off and is the price of a mini.  So, now you can get the awesome alpha, and all the new papers and elements (a mini kit alone) for that terrific price.  Here is the new preview and you can click on it to head to my store and check it out!

It’s been kinda quiet around here, but I’m working on several new things for you, so hopefully in the next couple of weeks I’ll be able to pour on the goodies!

New Charity Kit – Rainbows of Hope

Have you or a loved one been touched by cancer?  I have.  I’ve lost three uncles and a grandmother.  My mother-in-law is a breast cancer survivor.  Another grandmother and an uncle are colon cancer survivors.   That’s why I’m so proud to have teamed with other designers at Stuff to Scrap to create a charity kit for the American Cancer Society.  The kit is called Rainbows of Hope.  And we’ve taken all the various colors that represent many different cancers and created a rainbow of a kit.  All proceeds from this kit will go directly to the American Cancer Society.  Here are the previews for the kit.  You can click any of them to go to the store to pick up this marvelous kit for a great cause.

Many of our CT members also helped out by creating a quick page set:

I hope you like this set and will help support this important cause.  If you keep your receipt, it will be tax deductible as well.

Font Challenge at STS and Designer Darling Reminder!

Just stopping in to tell you that if you aren’t doing the challenges at STS, you are really missing out!  There are tons of great ones every month, including our blog train which anyone can participate in!  This month, I’m hosting the font challenge, and using this great free font called Windsong!

You can check out this challenge here.

Finally, don’t forget that my Designer Darling Spotlight sale goes through Saturday.  You can get 30% off of my entire store at Stuff to Scrap!

$2 Tuesday at STS!

I have two great kits for you in $2 Tuesday (starts at midnight, MST, on 10/6/2009).  And, with my 30% off Designer Darling Sale, you’ll be able to get these kits for only $1.40 each!  That’s a great bargain!

Pick up Sweet Nostalgia and Plum Paradise today only at this fantastic price!

Stuff to Scrap Designer Darling Spotlight!

This week, I’m in the Designer Darling Spotlight at Stuff to Scrap.  That means my entire store there is 30% off through Saturday.  Now is a great time to pick up some kits that you’ve been wanting or a few of my CU items.  Click the ad below to head to my store!

And while you are there, you should check out the new collab from the STS Designers. This kit contains 101 papers, 168 embellishments and 2 full alphas. And the best thing about this kit and the quick-pages is that all proceeds are donated to The No Child Left Out Project. You can read more about it HERE.

Click on any of the images to be directed to the store to buy both the kit and the quick pages; and don't forget to save your emailed receipt, it's tax deductible for you too!

I’m so proud to be a part of this wonderful collab!

Blog Train Day – Part 1 – Afternoon Delight!

I am participating in two blog trains today. That’s twice the goodness for you! If you are looking for the Thankful blog train, go up one post! (It goes live at 12pm EST on Oct. 1) Or if you are looking for my quick page for Just For You DigiScraps kit, Falling for Fall – go down one post! (What a busy day!)

Here is my contribution to the Stuff to Scrap October blog train, Afternoon Delight! I love the colors in this kit, and their are going to be a lot of great parts to it this month!

Wanna see what’s coming soon? And what’s out now!?!?

I have a new kit coming next week to my stores, and I’m really excited about it.  It turned out so sweet and pretty.  Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming:

I think you are really going to love it!  My CT is going to have some awesome stuff as well for you – as always!

Around digi-scrap land I have lots of cool to share too!

Flower Scrap has been competing in the SAS-y Lady designer contest and she is really rocking it.  This week, she has this fun bright, autumn mini you can get for free!

Click the preview to head to her blog and check tings out.  Make sure you vote for her over there too!  She’s amazing!

She also has a new kit out called “It’s My Party”.  But Bad CT Janice didn’t get a chance to work with it!  Again, click the preview to head over and check it out!

Here are a couple more treats for you!

Scraps of Ellay has this beautiful kit called Hands of Time….surprise, surprise – Janice likes a vintage kit! (Click the preview.)

And finally, Royanna Fritschmann, one of the founding partners at Divine Digital has a freebie that’s part of a blog train on her blog.  It’s a huge full kit and is absolutely GORGEOUS!  This is just one small preview.  You have to go to her blog (image is linked) and check it out!  She doesn’t do blog freebies very often, so don’t miss out!

Whew!  is that enough digital goodness for you?  I hope not.  Come back here on Friday for some really AWESOME news and a big weekend treat from me!
